It is an honor to be penning my thoughts for the DSSHA-Nepal website.  Dr. Lalita Joshi has been spearheading the campaign to address the healthcare concerns of persons with Down syndrome in Nepal. Her efforts have borne fruit and this website is a testimonial to the hard work and perseverance of Dr. Lalita and her dedicated band of doctors.
