They pledged to work together to build a strong support network for individuals with down syndrome and contribute to further expanding the care, developing guidelines, and ensuring the best practices. The organization plans to work in the field of research to generate more evidence and lay down the basis for evidence-based care for them.

Every person with Down syndrome is an individual. Just like everyone else they will have different things inclusive with the Education and Down Syndrome

In Nepal changes over the past thirty years have brought VERY LITTLE access to education for children with special needs. Supportive legislation to help schools are in paper but lack of implementation is the root cause why our regular schools deny admission to our children with Down syndrome and others with Developmental disabilitues DD & Intellectual disabilities ID in mainstream environment.
Research indicates that appropriate education provided in inclusive settings offers the best opportunities for children with Down syndrome.
