Mr. Bimal L Shrestha, (MS, USA):  Chief Executive Officer, Self-help Group for Cerebral Palsy, Nepal, since 2006. He is responsible for extending the services to children with cerebral palsy at the centre and across the country. Earlier he worked over 30 years under the Ministry of Education (Nepal) and later 5 years in European Commission also in Nepal.

He is holds chairperson of Friends of Santabhawan (a NGO clinic dedicated to health of deprived children and women), Sathi Sansar Nepal (A NGO working for children with cp) and Secretary Kopila Nepa, a NGO dedicated to education and health of children of migrant workers in brick factories.

He is also a Rotarian.

His wife Anita runs schools for migrant children in Brick factories in the Kath  valley. They have two sons, one in Australia and another in Belgium.
